We're thrilled you've chosen to join our community. At S.C.A.L., we're dedicated to making you better—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We believe in empowering individuals to achieve their best selves through positive energy, resistance training, and fitness boxing.

Booking Your First Appointment:

  1. Redeem Your Package: After logging in, click "Redeem Package" and enter your email.

  2. Choose Your Service: Select the service included in your membership.

  3. Schedule Your Appointment:

    • Pick a date and time.

    • Options:

      • Continue: Book this time

      • Add a Time: Book this time and add another

      • Recurring: Create recurring appointments (up to 1 month in advance)

Important Notes:

  • Group Training sessions may be canceled with less than 2 participants. Rescheduling or refunds are available.

  • Please provide at least 12 hours' notice for individual session cancellations and 6 hours' notice for Group Training cancellations to avoid being charged
